Our Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love everything you buy from Aileen's Childrens Wear, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Please contact us via Facebook Message or via our website so that we know to expect your returned item(s). Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in resell-able condition with all tags still attached.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense - all original delivery charges are non refundable. You must obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be received and refunded. If you haven’t had any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact us with details of the items returned.
We reserve the right not to refund you if the returned items are outside the terms of our returns Policy.
Sale items up to 50% off can be sent back for exchange only. Customer is responsible for any returns costs. Sale goods 60% or over cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
